V.Supplier qualification conditions

(1) General Qualification Conditions

1. Have the ability to independently bear civil liability (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and foreign-invested enterprises);

2. Have good commercial reputation and a sound financial accounting system;

3. Have the equipment and professional technical capabilities necessary to perform the contract;

4. Legally registered and possessing relevant qualifications that meet the requirements of this project;

5. Have a good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law;

6. Within 3 years before participating in this procurement activity, no major illegal records in business activities andmajor quality and safety accidents；

7. Not included in the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina.gov.cn) "list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement or parties to major tax violation cases" record list;

8. Not listed by the "Military Procurement Network" in the military government procurement dishonesty list or the military supplier suspension list, and not within the prohibition period of the military procurement dishonesty list;

9. Different suppliers whose person in charge is the same person or that have a direct controlling or management relationship shall not simultaneously participate in the procurement activity of the same package. If the production site of production-type enterprises is the same address, or if there is a shareholder relationship between sales-type enterprises, it shall all be deemed as having a direct controlling or management relationship;

10. This project does not accept consortium quotations.
